We are a local, healthy company based right here in the heart of Fort Worth, TX.

A love of cooking, a busy schedule, and still wanting to cook as a family sparked an idea. How can we come up with a way to cook for the whole week and best use our time? We came up with a solution that utilizes local, all natural, healthy, and hearty ingredients to keep us full and happy all week.
